In Back 4 Blood, players are thrust into the heart of an intense battle for survival against the terrifying Ridden, mutated creatures once human, now consumed by a deadly parasite. This cooperative, action-packed game allows you to join forces with up to three friends in a four-player co-op story campaign. Together, you’ll face increasingly difficult missions, requiring strategy and teamwork to overcome the relentless enemy. Alternatively, you can go solo and lead your team to victory.

Choose from 8 unique and customizable cleaners, each equipped with a variety of lethal weapons and tactical items, to counter the ever-evolving threat of the Ridden. Whether you’re working with teammates or battling against them in PvP, you can take on either side of the conflict: play as a cleaner or switch roles to control the monstrous Ridden, each side bringing distinct weapons, abilities, and perks into the fray. As humanity teeters on the brink of extinction, it’s up to you and your team to eradicate the Ridden and reclaim what remains of the world.
